Game changing actions in YILPORT Gemlik
YILPORT Gemlik Terminal became a pioneer in a project that was executed with the collaboration of İŞKUR. As a result of this project, five female Terminal Tractor Operators started to work in norm staff.
YILPORT, which has taken an important step towards breaking down gender barriers in business life with employing female operators in YILPORT Gebze's operation team, also continues to strengthen its’ team with the participation of more female employees in the field workforce in Gemlik.
