ROTAPORT PREPARES FOR A BRIGHT FUTURE
Rotaport has just recently provided service to Bunge’s 94,000 DWT vessel offloading nearly 60,000 Tons of product into the largest flat storage facility in the entire region. The port continues to expand its customer portfolio with steady increases in cargo volumes. The true potential of the facility is yet to be achieved as the future expansion plans include over 1000m of new berth, additional flat and silo storage, on-dock rail for bulk liquid and dry cargo, and much more. The enviable location of the facility allows its customers to saving millions on trucking costs while adding to convenience. Soon to be linked to the rail upon completion of the TCDD projects, Rotaport will soon be able to transfer from vessel to rail in one seamless operation.
