TPE Paita Increased the Container Berth to 360 Meters
Investments in the container berth, which was increased to 360 meters, allow TPE Paita to serve larger vessels.
Let’s throwback to when the terminal hosted MSC Cassandre, a vessel with 330 meters long and 48 meters wide. The vessel is recorded as one of the largest vessels to arrive at the terminal.
This investment in port infrastructure not only allowed for larger ships to be accommodated but also helped facilitate efficient loading and unloading, ultimately boosting the terminal's productivity.
