YILPORT Puerto Bolivar is Officially Operational
YILPORT Holding, which operates 20 terminals in 8 countries and targets to rank among top 10 port operators by 2025, took over the operations as YILPORT Puerto Bolivar which is the best choice for maritime trade in Latin America as of 1st of March, 2017. Operations have begun in the Latin America’s biggest container terminal with a grand opening after the finishing of first phase development investments. The terminal was brought operationally competent in line with the YILPORT standards after the required checks were made for two weeks of applications, including coordination, system setup, technology studies, IT infrastructure studies, and multiple international functions of Sales and Marketing department.
YILPORT Holding International Business Development Director Rafael SAPINA in his speech, thanked all employees, APPB Company and Ministry for their support. By referring that this investment is a big step for YILPORT, he also emphasized that YILPORT Puerto Bolivar is going to be one of the best terminals in YILPORT Holding’s portfolio and has a great potential for supporting the growth of YILPORT in Latin America.
